Crested Butte
During the month of April I stayed in Crested Butte, Colorado, house and dog sitting for my ex-wife, Alisa. An amazing place to spend time. Such incredible beauty within easy viewing. Every morning and evening I'd load up the car with my photo gear, coax the dog, Badger into the cargo hold and we'd go exploring. Sometimes a hike, sometimes a drive. I had an upcoming photo shoot in Utah and for me the month was a chance to become really familiar with my new Olympus camera gear and tune up my shooting eye. I'd been a photo editor for over 20 years and had let my shooting take a backseat to looking at other's images. It helps of course to have such a beautiful place to blow the rust out.
